Wolf Creek Condos

This 44 unit multi-family project utilized a thin piece of dirt that had a few challenges. If you find multifamily land within a mile of Texas A&M University then it is going to have some problems. We like the challenge of taking those negatives and turning them into positives. This luxury student housing project now backs up to the Wolf Pen Creek trail system and has a trail connection to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment that helps our owner push rents. One of our competitors wanted to know how we found that tract of land. I just called the phone number on the rotted old sign on the tree. Most developers overlooked it for its warts. We made it beautiful.
